What is a magic link?

A magic link is a one-time, time-sensitive link sent to your email that lets you log in securely without a password.

How long does a magic link last?

Each magic link expires after 15 minutes or once it’s been used. If your link expires, just request a new one from the login page.

I didn’t get the login link email. What should I do?

• Check your Spam / Promotions folders
• Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
• Make sure you entered the correct email
• If still missing, contact support with your registered email
